SimpleCopywriter is built on your brand's own documents, so the way we handle those documents matters. Here is exactly what happens to your data, and what never does.
Your documents stay yours
We only send your material to API-tier AI providers that contractually do not retain your content for model training. Your brandbook, catalog, and company deck are used to generate your copy, never to train a model or build a shared dataset. We do not sell or share your documents with anyone outside the sub-processors that operate the service.
Isolated by design
Multi-tenancy is enforced at the database layer with Row-Level Security. Every brand, document, and generated page is scoped to your workspace, so one customer's data is never reachable from another's session.
Encrypted & never logged
Uploaded documents are stored encrypted at rest. We never write the content of your documents into application logs or error reports in plaintext, and sensitive content is scrubbed before anything reaches our monitoring tools.
Delete anytime
You can delete your account and all its data yourself, at any time, from Settings. Deletion is permanent: your documents are purged from storage, and your account records are removed in line with our retention and GDPR obligations. Without an active plan, documents are also removed on a schedule: 30 days after upload if you never subscribed, and 90 days after a paid plan ends for documents older than 30 days.
