SimpleCopywriter is built on your brand's own documents, so the way we handle those documents matters. Here is exactly what happens to your data, and what never does.
Your documents stay yours
We only send your material to API-tier language models that do not retain it for training. Your brandbook, catalog, and company deck are used to generate your copy, never to train a model or build a shared dataset. We do not sell or share your documents with anyone outside the sub-processors that operate the service.
Isolated by design
Multi-tenancy is enforced at the database layer with Row-Level Security, not left to application code. Every brand, document, and generated page is scoped to your workspace, so one customer's data is never reachable from another's session.
Encrypted & never logged
Uploaded documents are stored encrypted at rest. We never write the content of your documents into application logs or error reports in plaintext, and sensitive content is scrubbed before anything reaches our monitoring tools. Where a customer brings their own model key on the Enterprise tier, that key is encrypted with AES-256 at rest.
Delete anytime
You can delete your account and your data on request. Deletion is a hard erasure: your documents are purged from storage, not just hidden, and your account records are removed in line with our retention and GDPR obligations.
