Questions, answered.
Everything teams ask before, during, and after their first project, how the copy gets written, how we handle your documents, and how the plans work.
How it works
Every page your site needs: homepage, about, services, product pages, contact and beyond. Not isolated snippets, but a complete, coherent set of pages with consistent positioning, terminology and voice, each one written to persuade and convert.
Five steps. You upload your brand material; we extract an editable brand-voice profile and a picture of your audience; we generate a sitemap you can reshape; the writer drafts every page on a fitting copywriting framework; and an editorial pipeline reviews and polishes the result. You approve as you go. No documents at hand? Start from your existing website: enter the address and we import its pages as source material.
You upload what you already have: a brandbook, a deck, a catalog, a few PDFs. SimpleCopywriter reads them, extracts an editable brand-voice profile (formality, warmth, vocabulary, the words you never use) and grounds every page in your own words and facts.
Whatever describes your brand and offering best: a brandbook or style guide, a company or sales deck, a product catalog, service one-pagers, or existing copy you like. PDF, Word and PowerPoint files all work. The more grounded the source, the more grounded the copy. No documents at hand? Start from your existing website: enter the address and we import its pages as source material.
The generated website copy can be written in English or Turkish, set per website. The app interface itself is also available in both English and Turkish and is switchable from your settings.
Quality & control
Every page is written on a proven copywriting framework chosen for its job, then reviewed by an editorial pipeline of eight independent checks: brand voice, factual grounding, legal sensitivities, repetition, SEO, readability, audience fit and persuasion. Each one is scored, with clear notes.
Eight separate checks, each scored with notes you can read: does it sound like your brand, is it grounded in your documents, does it avoid legal sensitivities for your sector and region, does it repeat itself, is it structured for SEO, is it readable, does it fit the audience, and is it persuasive. Findings surface in the app so nothing is hidden.
Grounded. The writer works from your uploaded documents and your brand profile, and the fact-checking step compares claims back against your own source material rather than inventing facts about your company.
At every step. You approve the voice profile, refine the audience, shape the sitemap, and review or override the final copy. The tool does the heavy lifting; the judgment stays with your team. Nothing is hidden behind a black box.
Yes. You can revise copy, regenerate a single section or a whole page, and keep version history so you can compare and roll back. The review can be re-run after edits.
Output & formats
Clean Markdown, HTML, plain text, Word for stakeholder review, a print-ready PDF, a structured JSON kit that maps page-by-page for developers, and a ready-to-paste AI builder prompt for Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Claude Code. Export a single page or bundle the whole site as one download.
Yes. Every page exports as a ready-to-paste builder prompt for Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Claude Code. It carries your approved copy word for word, your brand voice and your site map, so the builder implements the page without rewriting a line.
No. SimpleCopywriter writes the words; it does not host or design your site. You take the copy straight into your CMS, your designer's layout, or your developer's build. We do hand you the next step, though: a builder-ready prompt that lets Lovable, Bolt or v0 build the page around your finished copy.
That's exactly the intent. The structured JSON kit organizes copy page by page for a build, the Word and PDF exports are made for stakeholder review, and Markdown and HTML drop cleanly into most workflows.
Data & privacy
They are used to understand your brand and write your copy. We never log your uploaded document content in plain text, and your material is only ever sent to API-tier language models that do not retain it for training.
No. Your documents are only sent to API-tier providers that do not retain or train on the content, and your material is never used to train models for other customers.
Plans & billing
There's a one-off One Website plan for a single project, and three subscriptions, Starter, Pro and Agency, for teams running more sites over time. Pricing and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.
No. The writing and the full eight-check editorial review are the same on every plan. Plans differ in how many websites and brands you can work on, not in the quality of the copy.
The fastest answer is your own first page.
Upload your brand material, approve the strategy, and see on-brand, conversion-focused copy come back, editorially reviewed and ready to publish.
