How we write and check what we publish.
Our blog is written with the product we sell. We say so on every post, because you should know how a text was made before you trust it.
- 01
Who writes the posts
Every post is written with SimpleCopywriter, through the same steps as a customer’s blog. In the app, SimpleCopywriter is set up as a brand like any other, and the product works from our own documents: our site’s pages and our product reference. It does not search the web while writing, and it does not draw on other companies’ material.
- 02
Who is accountable
Each post names one person from our team. That person picks the topic, briefs the product, reads the result, decides what changes and publishes it. Their name on a post means they stand behind it. The author pages show who they are and what they cover.
- 03
How a post is checked
Before we read a post, the product’s editorial review scores it on the same eight criteria your copy gets: brand voice, facts against our documents, legal-risk patterns, repetition, SEO, readability, audience fit and persuasion. We fix what it finds with the product’s own tools and publish only posts that score 8.5 or more. Each post shows its score and the result of every criterion.
- 04
What we never do
We do not invent figures, studies, customers or quotes. A claim about our product must be supported by our own documents. Features that are not available yet are always labelled as coming next. We do not accept payment for posts or links.
- 05
Corrections and updates
When a post is wrong or out of date, we fix it and note the change, with its date, in the post’s history. You can report a mistake from any post or through our contact page, and we reply to every report.
