Terms of Service

Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You are also responsible for the documents and materials you upload to the service. By uploading material, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to have copy generated from it, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the cycle shown at checkout, whether monthly, annual or as a one-time purchase. The Launch package and credit packs are one-time purchases rather than recurring subscriptions. Subscription plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel them, and your selected payment method will be charged accordingly.
The Launch package and credit validity
The Launch package is a one-time purchase intended for a single website project. It grants 2,500 credits valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, during which you can generate and refine the copy for that website. Credit packs are likewise valid for 12 months from purchase. Expired credits are removed from the account; for ongoing use you can move to a subscription plan.
Refunds and cancellation
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period; you retain full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds on subscriptions. The Launch package and credit packs are one-time digital deliverables: at checkout you acknowledge that the credits are added to your account immediately on your request and you waive any statutory right of withdrawal once they have been added, so they are non-refundable after that point. Where a non-waivable consumer right to withdraw applies under the law of your jurisdiction, that right prevails; the precise scope of withdrawal and refund rights by jurisdiction is pending legal review and will be finalised once that review is complete. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation.
Ownership of generated copy
You own the website copy that the product generates for you. We claim no ownership rights over your output and do not reuse it for any purpose other than providing the service to you. The documents you provide and the copy you receive remain yours to use as you see fit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose, and not to generate content that violates the rights of others or applicable law. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or circumvent its usage limits or security controls.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction over any disputes relating to them. The contracting entity is Aidrobe LLC (30 N Gould St #49667, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). This section remains subject to legal review; if it is updated, your continued use of the service after the update will be subject to the revised terms.
