Terms of Service

Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You are also responsible for the documents and materials you upload to the service. By uploading material, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to have copy generated from it, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the cycle shown at checkout, whether monthly or as a one-time purchase. The One Website plan is a one-time purchase rather than a recurring subscription. Subscription plans renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel them, and your selected payment method will be charged accordingly.
The One Website 30-day window
The One Website plan is a one-time purchase intended for a single website project. It carries a usage window of 30 days from the date of purchase, during which you can generate and refine the copy for that website. After this window, you can purchase the plan again or move to a subscription plan for ongoing use.
Refunds and cancellation
Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period; you retain full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds on subscriptions. The One Website plan is a one-time digital deliverable: at checkout you acknowledge that generation begins immediately on your request and you waive any statutory right of withdrawal once it has begun, so it is non-refundable after generation starts. Where a non-waivable consumer right to withdraw applies under the law of your jurisdiction, that right prevails; the precise scope of withdrawal and refund rights by jurisdiction is pending legal review and will be finalised before launch. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review the situation.
Ownership of generated copy
You own the website copy that the product generates for you. We claim no ownership rights over your output and do not reuse it for any purpose other than providing the service to you. The documents you provide and the copy you receive remain yours to use as you see fit.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, infringing, or abusive purpose, and not to generate content that violates the rights of others or applicable law. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, or circumvent its usage limits or security controls.
Service availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
The governing law and the jurisdiction for any disputes relating to these terms are to be finalised before launch and are pending legal review. We will update this section with the applicable law and venue before the service becomes generally available, and your continued use after that update will be subject to those terms.
