Write and review blog posts
Help CenterIn short
Write posts one by one or a whole month at once. What each post costs, how the review works, and how to fix, rewrite or restore a post.
Press Write on a planned topic. A post costs 40 credits, the cornerstone guide of a series 60, and the post is written and reviewed in about two to three minutes.
Write one post
The post is written from what your documents say on the topic, in your brand voice, around the topic's keyword and outline. Then the editorial review runs on its own. You can leave the page.
If writing fails, the credits come back automatically.
Write the whole month
When a month has topics without a post, press Write all (the button shows how many). Each post is charged at its own price. There is no bulk rate.
- Topics already written, or being written, are skipped, so pressing twice never pays twice.
- If your balance runs out partway, it stops there. Top up and press again to carry on.
- A post that fails gets its credits back automatically.
The review
Each post gets the same editorial checks as your site copy. The review card lists them one by one, each with its own score: Brand voice, Facts from your documents, Legal and compliance, Repetition, SEO, Readability, Audience fit, Persuasion and Brand rules. Open a check to see its findings.
- The post score is an average of the checks. Facts and legal count twice.
- From 8.5 the score is green and the post is ready to publish. From 6 to under 8.5 it is amber, under 6 red.
- While a serious facts or legal finding is open, the score stays under 8.5 and the card says so.
- A line under the score says how many of the specific facts in the post are in your documents.
Right after a post is written, we fix what we can at no extra cost. A figure, date, name, client or quote that is not in your documents or approved brand profile is removed or said in general terms. A claim your documents contradict and a broken brand rule are fixed too, and a low score gets up to two improvement passes. A fix never adds a figure, name or quote of its own.
To fix the rest yourself:
- Fix this section rewrites the section a finding points to, 5 credits.
- Fix all applies every suggestion in one pass, 10 credits.
- If the review did not finish, press Run the review again. It is free.
Rewrite the post
Rewrite the post writes it again from scratch, same topic, keyword and format, then reviews it. It costs the same as the first write. Try a section fix first if only part of the post is off.
Version history
The current text is saved before every fix, rewrite or restore. Open Version history and press Restore on an earlier version. Restoring is free. Run the review again afterwards to score the restored text, also free.
Search details and download
The post page shows the page title and meta description with their length, the keyword and the address. Copy clean text, download the post as PDF, Word, Markdown, HTML, plain text or a JSON kit, or copy a prompt for an AI site builder. Download all on the blog gives every written post, one file each. Downloads are free.
