What to upload
Help CenterIn short
The documents that make the strongest copy, how much material you need before you can continue, and why finished material beats drafts.
Upload your brand book, your product or service catalog and your company deck first. Every page we write is grounded in what you add on the Documents step: facts, numbers and product details come only from these files, and the fact check compares every page against them.
Documents that help most
- Brand book or identity guide. Teaches us your voice, tone and the words you use.
- Product or service catalog. Tells us what you offer, so each page is accurate.
- Company deck or pitch. Your positioning, your value and what sets you apart.
- Existing brochures or site copy. The language and key messages you already use.
- About, team or vision documents. The story and the people behind the brand.
- Price lists, certificates, references and case studies. They back up the claims buyers care about most.
Finished, published material works better than drafts or meeting notes.
How much is enough
We need at least 2,000 words of your own material before you can continue. Below that, the step shows how many words are read so far. Around 6,000 words, with a brand book and a catalog or company deck, makes a strong start.
The step also lists the usual document types and shows how many you have not added yet. More material still helps. A topic with little material gives a general page, and a catalog or product sheet fixes that.
Without a plan, the 2,000-word bar does not apply. The free read of your first pages is enough to continue.
When you can continue
Once enough is read, press Continue to brand voice. If we found products and services, the button reads Continue to products & services and takes you there first. If your documents disagree on a product detail, you settle that before you continue.
Documents still being read are added as they finish. You do not need to wait on the page.
