The five brand steps and approval
Help CenterIn short
Before anything is written, you go through five short steps about your brand and approve the result on one page. What each step does and what it costs.
Nothing is written until you approve your brand. Five short steps come first, then one page where you approve everything at once.
The five steps
- Sector & market. We research your sector and the market you sell in. You check what we found, correct anything, and confirm. A few minutes, free.
- Documents. You upload your brand book, catalog and company decks. Every fact we write comes from them. Reading costs 1 credit per 5 pages, at least 3 credits a document, and an image file costs 2.
- Brand voice. We describe how your brand sounds from your documents. Change anything that does not sound like you. About a minute, free.
- Audience. Who reads your content, what they want to know and what convinces them. About a minute, free.
- Brand rules. What to always say, what never to say and which words to use. We pick up rules from your documents, and you can add your own. Free. This step never holds you up: it counts as done once your documents and audience are done.
Each step opens once the one before it is done. A step that is not open yet says which step opens it.
Approve brand
The last step, Approve brand, shows everything on one page: the brand description, sector and market, what we read, the voice, the audience, their questions and objections, the rules, and your products and services. Read it through. If something is off, open that part with Change. When it sounds like you, press Approve brand and start writing.
Approving is free. With a plan, it opens the website, the blog and social media for writing. Without a plan, you can still approve, and writing starts once you choose a plan.
Changing the profile later
You can change any part after approval, at no cost. Everything written after the change follows it. Pages and posts that are already written stay as they are until you rewrite them.
