What you can do without a plan

Without a plan you can set up one brand, have your first document and a few pages of your website read free, and see a first voice and audience profile. Writing the website, blog and social posts needs a plan.

Free, without a plan

• One brand. Set it up with the three questions. It costs nothing.
• Your sector. We match your company to one of our sector templates. The summary, page list and legal points come from that template.
• Your first document. The first file you upload is read right away, its first 3 pages, free.
• One website import. Up to 3 pages from your website are imported and read free.
• A first voice and audience profile. Built from the pages we read. You see part of each profile; the rest opens with a plan.
• Rules and products. You can add your own rules, and add and edit products and services.
• Approving the brand. Free, and the profile stays yours.

The free reads belong to your account. Deleting the document and uploading it again does not give you a new free read.

What needs a plan

• Reading every page of every document, and uploads after the first one. Later uploads and imports are saved and read when you choose a plan.
• Web research about your own company and its market.
• Regenerating the voice or audience profile, and seeing every part of them.
• Planning and writing the website, blog posts and social posts, and turning feedback into changes.

How long your uploads are kept

If you have never had a plan, uploaded documents are removed 30 days after upload. Choosing a plan keeps them.

If a plan you had ends, your documents are kept for 90 days. After that, documents older than 30 days are removed.
