Your account, language and privacy

Interface language

The app is available in English and Turkish. Pick your language in the account menu (your initial, top right), or open Settings and choose Interface language under Preferences. The setting follows you to every device you sign in on.

It changes the buttons, labels, emails and the labels in your exports. It never changes the copy we write. Each website has its own copy language, set when you create the brand or add a language version.

Delete your account

Open Settings and scroll to Danger zone. Type DELETE and press Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account, all brands, websites, uploaded documents and generated copy. Active subscriptions are cancelled first. It cannot be undone.

To delete just one brand, open its brand panel and use Delete brand under Brand settings. You can also use Delete brand in the brand's menu on your home screen.

Your documents

• Your documents are used to understand your brand and write your copy.
• They are sent only to API-tier AI providers that contractually do not use your content for model training. We never use them to train any model.
• We never log their content in plain text.
• Without a plan, uploads are deleted 30 days after upload. While a paid plan is active, nothing is deleted. After a paid plan ends, documents are kept for 90 days; after that, documents older than 30 days are deleted.
• Deleting your account permanently removes your documents and the content generated from them.

The copy we write for you is yours.

Cookies

We use a few first-party cookies that the service needs: one that keeps you signed in, one that remembers your interface language, and an anonymous visitor id for the free audit.

Two kinds of measurement on our public pages are optional and share one choice in the cookie notice: Google Analytics, and a campaign cookie that remembers which link brought you here. Google Analytics never runs inside the app. Declining changes nothing about signing up, writing or paying. We do not use advertising cookies. Change your choice any time with Cookie settings in the site footer.
