Full pages and short pages
Help CenterIn short
A full page is the complete copy on a framework; a short page is a headline and one paragraph. When to use each, what each costs, how each is reviewed.
A full page costs 25 credits and goes through all eight editorial checks. A short page costs 5 credits and gets a lighter review. You pick one for each page under Length in the sitemap.
Full page
The complete page copy, every section, written on the page's framework. It costs 25 credits. A full page goes through all eight editorial checks, and the price includes the automatic fixes the review triggers.
Use it for pages that have to inform and persuade: the homepage, services, products, about.
Short page
A headline and one paragraph. It costs 5 credits. Use it for structural pages such as contact or legal pages, where a full framework would be too much.
A short page gets a lighter review. Its brand voice, your brand rules and the legal check are reviewed. The checks for facts, repetition, SEO, audience fit, persuasion and readability do not run on a page this short. The page score is the average of the checks that ran.
A short page has a single section, so Fix all does not apply to it. To fix a finding on it, use Apply fix on that finding.
Changing the length
Open the page in the sitemap and pick Full page or Short page under Length. The cost total at the top of the list updates. If the page is already written, unlock the sitemap first. A written page you change is written again at the usual price.
Pages you already have
If a page already exists on your live site and you want to keep it, tick This page is already on my live site. It stays in the map but is not written and costs nothing.
