The client presentation package

The client presentation puts your site copy in one ZIP you can send to a client for sign-off as it is. It is free, like every export.

What is inside

The package opens on an index page with your cover note and links to everything inside:

• Every page as a styled HTML file to read, and a Word file to comment on.
• The full copy in one Word document and one PDF.
• The sitemap as a visual map and as a Word outline.
• A brand summary.
• A table with each page's address, title tag, meta description and keyword.

How to prepare it

1. Open the Deliver step of your website.
2. Under Client presentation, press Prepare the presentation.
3. Write a cover note if you like, up to 600 characters. It appears on the package index and on the cover of the full copy.
4. Press Download the ZIP.

The package follows the pages and the language you chose for the export on the same step.

Clean copy or with notes

The pages carry clean copy only, unless Include editorial notes is switched on. The presentation shares this switch with the other exports, so check it before you send.

Placeholders

If a page has a testimonial slot to fill in, it shows in the package as [Placeholder: ...], or [Eklenecek: ...] in Turkish copy. Fill it in, or tell your client what is missing, before you send.

After the client replies

Paste the client's feedback on the Review step and we turn it into changes you approve one by one. When the changes are in, prepare the package again so the client gets the new version.
