Export formats

Open the Deliver step of your website, choose the pages, the format and whether to include notes, then press Download. Exports are free, and you can download as often as you like.

Choose what to export

• Pages. Whole site, in sitemap order, or Selected pages.
• Language. If the site has two language versions, pick one.
• Format. See below.
• Notes. Include editorial notes adds each page's review at the end: the overall score, the score of each check, and every open Must fix or Worth fixing with its suggested fix. Suggestions are left out. Useful inside your team. Turn it off before sending to a client; the copy is the same either way.

If some pages are not written yet, the file includes the written ones. Download again when the rest are done.

Formats

A whole-site download is a ZIP with one file per page, plus a visual sitemap and a brand summary.

• Word (.docx). Real headings you can restyle, with the meta description under the page title. Best for review rounds with comments and tracked changes.
• PDF. A clean, text-first layout with page numbers. The font is embedded, so Turkish characters look right everywhere. Best for a read-only copy or printing.
• HTML or Markdown. HTML gives each page as a styled file, with an index and a sitemap that link them all. Each HTML file also holds the clean code and a ready prompt for AI site builders. Markdown is structured plain text for a CMS or a static site.
• JSON. One file per page plus a manifest that lists them. Each holds the address, title tag, meta description, main keyword and every block of copy as structured data. Made for developers.
• Plain text (.txt). Unformatted copy to paste anywhere. Find it under Need plain text?

Placeholders in your files

Where your documents hold no real testimonial, the copy carries a marked slot instead of an invented one. In every format it reads [Placeholder: ...], or [Eklenecek: ...] in Turkish copy. Fill these in before you publish.

One page at a time

On a page, press Export to download just that page as PDF, Word, Markdown, HTML, plain text, JSON or a prompt for an AI site builder. You can tick Include editorial notes there too, or press Copy the whole page.

The Code view gives the page as clean HTML for a developer or a CMS. It pastes into WordPress as blocks.

Prompt for an AI site builder

The Prompt view on a page holds a ready prompt for Lovable, Bolt, v0 or Claude Code. It carries your brand voice, the site structure and the page's copy, and tells the builder to use your words exactly as written.

1. Press Copy prompt.
2. Paste it into the builder.
3. Repeat for your other pages.
